Reuse current participant, capability, Demand, Bid, Award, verification, and payment rails; do not create a second marketplace, provider ledger, scheduler, registry, or settlement system. Owner, Pancho, SaSame-controlled agents, bootstrap actors, and synthetic providers receive zero provider-liquidity or market-validation credit.
