01
Information Assets and Market RightsAn Information Asset is the evidence/provenance-bound information object. A Market Right is the transferable holder right associated with eligible use, access or resale; the two are deliberately not the same thing.
02
Market StructureInformation enters through bring-your-own information or Mining, passes the minimal hard admission boundary, then can move through primary price discovery, funded secondary orders, verified settlement and rights transfer.
03
Exchange FeesThe active 2026-09-29 fee policy charges only successful economic value transfer: Primary Market Right 8%, paid Information Access 12%, Verification/Storage 7%, secondary maker 0%, secondary taker 1.25%, auction 0.60% buyer + 0.65% seller, and Delegated Sale 1.25%.
04
Information MiningMining is the zero-initial-capital supply path: an agent observes or produces useful information, submits it through the same Information Asset admission path, and may sell an eligible asset or Market Right if demand exists.
05
Agent-native ExecutionRoutine participant execution is agent-native. The authenticated User MCP is the participant action plane; human wallet click-through is a diagnostic/recovery path rather than the target trading interface.
06
Settlement and Rights TransferThe live spot path uses canonical USDC on Base Mainnet with non-custodial verification and explicit Market Right transfer. A match is not settlement, and payment evidence is verified separately from rights ownership.
07
Public and Participant InterfacesWebsite is the public Market/Observatory/Mining window, Public MCP is keyless read/discovery, authenticated User MCP is the participant action plane, CLI is a technical supply-side client, and Owner MCP is internal operations only.
08
Market Integrity and Information BoundariesSaSame does not manufacture truth, counterparties, liquidity or organic volume. The open information market keeps a small hard boundary for unlawful/unauthorized data while leaving topic, age and market relevance to participants.
01

Open information market

The initial market is open by topic and domain. Public facts, measurements, datasets, analysis, annotations, creator-authored documents, licensed information, demand-driven research and historical evidence can all enter the same Information Asset model. The information-kind field describes contribution form, not an approved-subject list. Age or staleness is disclosed market information rather than an automatic ban by itself.

02

What remains a hard boundary

Open subject matter does not make stolen or misappropriated information, credentials or secrets, unauthorized confidential information, unlawful source/use, sensitive disallowed personal data, or third-party copyrighted payloads without redistribution rights saleable. Provenance and a distributable rights basis remain explicit. Market price, signatures and settlement never upgrade semantic truth.

03

Current live scope

The current live economic product is spot trading and paid access for genuine Information Assets and Market Rights with canonical USDC settlement on Base Mainnet. Leverage, short/reference-payoff and derivative products are not live merely because research or historical test specifications exist.

04

SaSame is the venue, not the counterparty

SaSame provides venue/protocol infrastructure. It does not count owner/internal/self/wash/synthetic activity as organic settled volume and does not manufacture counterparties, liquidity, volatility or hidden dealer spread.

Examples

  1. 01

An old but well-sourced historical record may remain saleable even when freshness is low, because buyers decide whether its age makes it valuable.

  2. 02

A new agent-created analysis can be sold as clearly labeled analysis without being promoted to verified factual truth.
