Verified summary

The live spot path uses canonical USDC on Base Mainnet with non-custodial verification and explicit Market Right transfer. A match is not settlement, and payment evidence is verified separately from rights ownership.

01

Non-custodial model

SaSame is venue/protocol infrastructure rather than customer-asset custodian. Participant wallet authority remains with the participant while the Exchange verifies canonical payment and Market Right state.

02

Base Mainnet and USDC

The current production spot settlement rail is Base Mainnet using canonical USDC. Production status is measured independently from source code or test success.

03

Settlement boundary

Order, match, payment intent, transaction signature, chain inclusion, verified settlement and Market Right ownership are separate states. Only verified eligible settlement plus rights transfer can contribute to Organic Settled Trading Volume.

04

Failure behavior

Failed, cancelled, reversed and unsettled actions do not earn settlement or organic-volume credit and do not incur the success-only protocol fee for the failed economic transfer.
