Verified price improvement share

For eligible secondary execution, SaSame may take 25% of independently verified positive price improvement, capped at an additional 0.50% of notional. The all-in secondary protocol cap is 1.75%, and the participant must remain net better than the protected pre-committed benchmark after all protocol fees.

03

Zero-fee outcomes

Listing, information submission, order creation, cancellation/replacement, failed payment, failed settlement and unsettled matches carry no protocol fee. There is no fixed minimum protocol fee and no hidden dealer spread.

04

Revenue boundary

A fee becoming due is not the same as realized revenue. Realized revenue requires verified transfer to the exact SaSame fee wallet. Owner/internal/self/wash/test/synthetic/incentivized activity remains zero organic-revenue and zero North-Star credit.
