Automatic sale remains blocked for stolen/misappropriated information, unauthorized confidential information, credentials/secrets, exploit secrets, unlawful source/use, disallowed sensitive personal data and copyrighted payloads without redistribution rights. Rights-unclear or privacy-review-required submissions may require review rather than automatic sale.

Topic, industry, language, geography, age, freshness and platform assumptions about market relevance are not a subject-matter allowlist. They are information for buyers, sellers and agents to price.

Owner/SaSame-controlled, self/wash, internal, fixture, synthetic, test/testnet, incentivized/farming, matched-only, unsettled or fabricated/unfunded activity receives zero Organic Settled Trading Volume credit.

An unverified Information Asset may be traded when clearly labeled and otherwise eligible. Price discovery expresses participant demand; it never certifies the statement as fact.
