An Information Asset is the evidence/provenance-bound information object. A Market Right is the transferable holder right associated with eligible use, access or resale; the two are deliberately not the same thing.
Information Asset
An Information Asset binds content or a content commitment to subject, observation time, provenance, rights basis and semantic verification state. Information can be current or historical, verified or explicitly unverified.
Information Series
Related Information Assets can be grouped into an Information Series so agents can reason about a continuing subject without pretending every observation is identical.
Market Right
A Market Right represents the transferable holder position for the rights explicitly attached to an eligible Information Asset or Series. Holder state does not create copyright, intellectual-property ownership or source rights that were never granted.
Truth boundary
Truth != Reference != Quote != Trade != Settlement/Ownership. A high market price, a blockchain signature, a transfer or large volume is economic evidence only; none of those facts proves the underlying information true.
